Just Four Homes Left At Wildberry Way!

Due to the success of Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties’ Wildberry Way development in Whiteley there are now only four properties remaining for sale – and the leading housebuilder is urging interested home buyers to get their skates on because once they’re gone, they’re gone!

The development has been an enormous success since its launch in April last year, being particularly popular with first time buyers, and as such there are only two stylish three bedroom Charleburys priced from £224,995, and two Avon apartments priced from £152,995 available for sale.

Sarah Pasco, regional sales director for Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties, said: “Wildberry Way has been extremely popular since day one so it’s little surprise we have only four homes left for sale. The remaining Charleburys are perfect for growing families or upsizers, whilst the apartments would make the ideal starter home for anyone looking to join the property ladder.

“The development has proven very popular with young professionals and couples due to the affordability of the homes and the well-connected location. Anyone looking to make Wildberry Way their home will be joining a vibrant community, but with just a handful of homes left we’d encourage interested buyers to act now to avoid missing out for good!”

Those struggling to get on the property ladder will be able to take advantage of the housebuilders Easystart* scheme. Under the scheme, first time buyers can purchase a Taylor Wimpey home for as little as 85% of the price now. Simply pay a 5% deposit on exchange of contracts, and 80% of the price via your prearranged mortgage on completion. Taylor Wimpey will then loan you the remaining 15%, with no rent or interest to pay for up to 10 years.
