Mayor sees his dream become reality in Bury

Mayor Councillor John Byrne took time out of his busy schedule to visit a new residential development that is defining the look of Bury’s town centre. Celebrating its success since its launch in July last year, the Mayor had a preview of the newest show apartment at Miller Homes @ The Rock development.
Mayor Byrne met the sales team along with John Hudson, Site Manager and then was accompanied on a tour of the development by Clare Noakes, Project Sales & Marketing Manager for Miller Homes @ The Rock. They visited Peruzzi House show apartment located close to the leisure facilities and then went on to view the new show apartment at Mazarin House, which is located above the M&S store. They took in the views through the floor to ceiling windows over St Johns Garden to the Pennines beyond and Mayor Byrne also had the opportunity to experience the space, style and spercification that proving to be a winning formula.
Clare Noakes confirmed to the Mayor the success of this innovative residential development that brings city style living to Bury’s town centre. “Over 60 apartments have been sold since July” Clare said “which in the current challenging market is a real testament to how good, and how well received, these apartments are.”
Mayor Byrne commented: “ I am really impressed. It is satisfying to see the scheme that I have been involved in from the start come to reality. It is a dream come true. The town centre is vibrant, attractive and successful with shops, restaurants, leisure facilities right on your door step. There really is no need to go anywhere else. This is a place where people come to live.”
Clare Noakes informed the Mayor about the pricing stucture and how the homes offer great value as well as a practical place to live with prices currently starting at £84,000 including a designated parking space. There is also a shared equity scheme, MiWay or home exchange option.
Miller Homes @ The Rock marketing suite is located at 126 The Rock, Bury, BL9 0ND. The show apartments are open every day from 10.30am to 5.30pm.
