Redrow South West comes highly recommended

With personal recommendation one of the biggest influences on consumer choice, housebuilder Redrow has vowed to improve even further on its outstanding 97 per cent recommendations rate.
Of the customers surveyed in the south west of England, 97.1 per cent stated they would recommend the company to family and friends. The figures were obtained from the monthly ‘customer experience reports’ for the 2010 calendar year at Redrow developments across the region, including those in Gloucestershire, Wiltshire, Bristol, Devon and Cornwall.
An independent research company puts the questionnaire to all of Redrow’s new home owners shortly after they have moved in.
Hannah Pollard, sales manager for Redrow Homes (South West), said: “Customer satisfaction is our top priority and it’s fantastic to get feedback like this that tells us we are doing our job correctly.
“In our business, word of mouth is paramount to maintaining a reputation for quality and knowing so many of our customers will recommend us to their family and friends is a privilege. We are delighted to have so many happy customers but far from resting on our laurels we will continue to strive for total satisfaction for everyone who buys a home from us.”
Redrow Homes (South West) has developments along the M5 and M4 corridors, including schemes in Devizes, Downton, Malmesbury, Cirencester, Bristol, Plymouth, and Newton Abbot. They include regeneration of the former MoD South Yard enclave in Devonport, near Plymouth, and the new urban village, Cheswick, at Filton, near Bristol.
The housebuilder will be launching three further ventures this spring at Calne in Wiltshire, Wellington in Somerset and Holsworthy in Devon, where it hopes to continue its excellent customer satisfaction record.
Redrow is well known for its focus on high quality family housing, characterised by traditional exteriors and bright modern interiors featuring convivial open plan living spaces, fashionable kitchen designs plus bathrooms that are sleek and pleasing to the eye.
