Bloor Homes has welcomed a new Sales Advisor to its popular Folly Park View development in Faringdon.

Debbie Holt brings with her a wealth of experience as, following a 14 year career with the RAF, she took a change of direction to work in the housing industry. An impressive sales career has seen her working with many well known builders during the past 16 years including David Wilson Homes, and Persimmon before joining Bloor’s fastest selling development in their Western region.

“I enjoy working at the site as it’s always busy due to its stunning location and the good range of house styles it offers,” said Debbie. “We’re also offering some great incentives - including our full value part exchange scheme and five per cent deposit paid - so we can really help customers who want to buy a brand new home – whether they are upsizing, downsizing or buying their first home.”

She added: “It’s also rewarding to work for a family company with such a good reputation for the quality of its homes and which genuinely cares about both its customers and staff.”

Along with her colleague Gary Somerville, Debbie is currently selling a range of three and four bedroom houses, each featuring an ensuite to the master bedroom, garden and either a single or double garage, with prices starting from £224,950.

Folly Park View offers convenient access to both Swindon and Oxford via the nearby A420, as well as to Faringdon’s charming and historic town centre, less than a mile away. It has the added bonus of being situated literally steps away from Folly Park with its picturesque fishing lake and picnic areas.

Debbie, who lives with her husband Stephen and their young family in Carterton, has a range of hobbies including adding to her antique calling card collection, walking, travelling and politics.

If you would like further information on the homes available at Folly Park View, visit the development which is open daily from 10am to 5.15pm.
