Taylor Wimpey releases new homes in Swindon

House builder Taylor Wimpey has released the first homes for sale on its newest development in Swindon. Saddlers Rise, in Taw Hill, will consist of a collection of two, three, four and five bedroom homes and with just six plots currently released for sale the race is on to snap up a fantastic home at a first-release price.

Chris Ashmore, regional sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Oxfordshire, said: “With demand for homes in the area high we’re encouraging prospective purchasers to visit us soon to be one of the first to secure one of these fantastic homes.

The area of Taw Hill is becoming well established and developing a real sense of place, with its own convenient amenities like a doctors surgery and local shops. We already have a number of successful developments in Swindon and we are expecting Saddlers Rise to be just as popular too.”

Homes currently available at Taylor Wimpey’s Saddlers Rise development to purchase off plan are the; Porchester - a two bedroom coach hose with garage and parking space, the Carpathia - a three bedroom two storey home, the Warwick and Salisbury - both four bedroom, three storey homes, the Lichfield – a four bedroom, two storey home and the five bedroom detached Thame. Prices start from £134,995.

Saddlers Rise is well positioned for good access to a range of amenities. It is less than five miles from Swindon town centre with it vibrant night life and excellent shopping. Junction 16 of the M4 is just over 5 miles away, putting London within an hour and a half's drive. Swindon Station offers regular direct services to Bristol and London Paddington.
