New homes sales in the sunshine at Castor development

Glorious Bank Holiday weather helped to bring the feel-good factor to one of Peterborough’s newest developments - with Linden Homes jazzing up its show homes launch at Castor.
The Easter weekend saw visitors being wowed by the prestigious Drover’s Mead development in the popular village location, when the wraps finally came off the fabulous four-bedroom Bailey show home, one of the many styles of family home currently available.
A number of sales were also made at the development during the weekend, where forward interest has already led to several early reservations being made.
Visitors to the development – which received its official unveiling at a family event on Good Friday with musical accompaniment from trio Jazz Ambience – can now to see just what the popular village location has to offer.
Linden Homes sales and marketing director Steve Garton said: “The Drover’s Mead development has already captured the imagination of the local housebuying public with a number of homes reserved.
“The show home opening was a great success, with many people commenting on the great style and quality of the homes here, and generally coming along to join in our family event.”
A family-friendly ground floor design, the Bailey boasts a spacious entrance hall, complete with window seat, large breakfast and kitchen area, separate living and dining rooms and a downstairs cloakroom.
All four bedrooms are located on the first floor of this traditional looking home, along with the family bathroom. The master bedroom – which also has its own dressing area – and the second bedroom each enjoy ensuite facilities.
A total of 24 luxury four and five-bedroom homes will make up the development – with the first new homes ready to move into this summer. Prices currently range from £520,000 to £575,000.
