Fairview New Homes are selling the final few apartments and houses at Vision in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire. Available properties are rapidly running out and the marketing suite will be closing at the end of spring.

Jim Holliday, Sales Director of Fairview New Homes, comments, “Family purchasers are attracted to Vision due to its excellent location in High Wycombe, just a five minute drive from the centre of town and the train station, and opposite the renowned John Hampden Grammar School. Our part exchange offering means that families can move into their new house quickly and with ease, reducing outgoing costs.

“High Wycombe is a wonderful historic market town with trains to London Marylebone in approximately 35 minutes. The apartments on the development suit young professionals or first time buyers who work in London or like to visit the city on a regular basis,” Mr Holliday continues.

Vision is a development of new three-bedroom houses and two-bedroom apartments in High Wycombe. The new homes come with fully integrated kitchens and bathrooms, and fitted flooring throughout. All the houses have private gardens and the apartments have balconies.

High Wycombe town centre has its own individual market town charm with a wide range of good restaurants, cafes and shopping facilities. There is a popular food market on the High Street on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays and the new Eden Centre has shops, a multiplex cinema, library and bowling alley.

The town is surrounded by the Chiltern Hills which is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty – ideal for outdoor pursuits. Plans are also underway to re-open the Wycombe Summit, England’s largest indoor real snow ski and snowboard centre.

High Wycombe is located on the Chiltern Line with a regular direct service to London Marylebone station. The main station is 1.3 miles from Vision and the peak journey time to London is approximately 40 minutes. An extensive bus and coach network complements the road and rail links connecting the town with neighboring counties and towns, including the nearby M40 to Oxford, approximately 30 miles away.

Prices start from £190,000 for a two-bedroom apartment and from £358,000 for a three-bedroom house.

The marketing suite is located on Marlow Hill, HP11 1SX, and is open seven days a week, from 10am to 5pm.
