On Sunday 22 May, visitors to Miller Homes flagship Birkacre Park will be in for a treat, as the development opens its doors to show home buyers what they could be missing if they don’t move quick.

With new summer releases headlining the open house event and the full Birkacre Park experience offered, the walk-in event provides a great chance to see just how good a Birkacre lifestyle can be, for all the family.

It achieves this by providing an equity loan of up to 25% of the property value. This equity loan is interest free for the first five years and repayable in ten years time or when the property is sold or transferred.
