Interest building in new homes in Penwortham
Lancashire house hunters are showing a keen interest in new Redrow homes near Preston.
Launched last month, Old Gate Park in Penwortham is the latest location to feature Redrow’s New Heritage Collection. Old Gate Park will comprise 36 four-bedroom homes, with prices starting from £214,995 for a ‘Stratford’ style property.
A ‘Canterbury’ show home, dressed to impress by a team of professional interior designers, is due to open in July.
