Traditional new homes launched in Calne

An exciting development of homes which combine the best of old and new has launched in Calne.

The first homes at Steeple Chase have now gone on sale from a new marketing suite at the development, off Sandpit Road

A total of 92 homes are being built at Steeple Chase from the award-winning housebuilder’s New Heritage Collection, which is inspired by traditional Arts and Crafts architecture. They include three, four and five-bedroom family homes plus some two-bedroom apartments.

Initial prices are from £191,995 for a three-bedroom home and from £269,995 for a four-bedroom home.

Examples of New Heritage homes are already being built by Redrow at Willowbrook in nearby Devizes, where buyers can also view professionally decorated and furnished show homes to see how the layouts work as real family homes. New show homes will open at Steeple Chase later this year.

The new marketing suite is open Thursday to Monday, between 10am and 5.30pm.
