Motorcycle Ride-in Day 2011
Following on from the incredibly successful launch of Beaulieu’s Motorcycle Ride-In Day last June, which attracted over 2,000 biking enthusiasts and featured a public ride-in of over 1,400 bikes, this year’s event on Sunday 26th June is set to be a bumper show.
All bike owners are invited to bring their bike down to Beaulieu, park up, and become part of the fantastic display held in the grounds of the Beaulieu attraction, which was voted one of ‘Britain’s Top Ten Biking Spots’ by Motorcycle News readers in 2010. This is a brilliant opportunity to enjoy a great day out, meet other biking enthusiasts and see hundreds of motorbikes of all makes and models.
Watch a breathtaking stunt display in the Beaulieu Arena, performed by the fearless Bolddog Lings Freestyle Team. As Honda’s official and the UK’s number one motorcycle display team, the Bolddog Lings team base their show around the world’s largest and most sophisticated mobile landing system. The show features the UK’s top ranking freestyle motocross riders, incorporating the latest heart stopping tricks, usually only seen on TV.
Trunk Traders, a new addition to this year’s event, gives amateur jumblers the chance to clear out their garages and sell their motorcycling wares from the boots of their cars, whilst those with a keen eye for a bargain have the opportunity to snap up some great biking buys. Plus, expect to see an abundance of trade stands from which you can purchase all your accessories, clothing, parts, and all the latest gadgets.
