Miller Homes has removed one of the greatest concerns of buying a new build home, that of not being able to see the property before you buy. In an unprecedented move the housebuilder now offers a choice of 2 and 3 bedroom homes, ready to view and move-in right away.

Sales Manager, Kay Halls explains: “Woodland Park continues to be a strong selling development. At the height of the credit crunch, in the first five weeks of 2010 we sold 27 apartments worth over £2m and the building has continued. This is good news for homebuyers who now can view a choice of 1, 2 and 3-bed properties that are ready to move in straight away. With interest rates at an historic low and more mortgage products becoming available I believe the market is on the rise. Delay buying and you may live to regret missing this window of opportunity”

Miller Homes recently commissioned a survey that polled over 5,000 new and potential homeowners. The results showed that 75% of people in the North West still believe property is a good investment and 29% of people in the North West are currently looking to move house. Kay continued: “With so much pent-up demand, the well reported undersupply of new homes and great value to be found at Woodland Park, I would recommend anyone thinking of a move to check out our new ready to move-in houses as early as possible.”

There is a choice of complete homes in 1, 2-bed and 3-bed properties. Prices start from £59,950 for the one-bed ‘Chaucer’ and £69,950 for the 2-bed ‘Pinter’ apartments and £98,950 for houses. Even better news is that HomeBuy Direct [HBD] is still offered, although these are the last plots available. With HBD home buyers could own a new 2-bed apartment on the development for just £48,965 now. This figure is based on receiving an equity loan in the HBD scheme for 30% of the price. The equity loan is jointly funded by the Government and Miller Homes and is interest free for the first five years. With from only a 5% deposit required [£2,483 or more] HomeBuy Direct offers one of the most affordable ways on to the property ladder.

The properties now ready for viewing and moving-in are: The ‘Chaucer’ a one-bed apartment priced at £59,950. The ‘Pinter’ 2-bed apartment with its own private entrance and priced at £59,950. The ‘Yare’ 2-bed semi-detached house priced at £98,950. The ‘Burroughs’ is a larger 2-bed semi-detached with open plan kitchen dining and priced at £104,950. Three bedroom properties all include an en-suite master bedroom: They are a ‘Kitchener’ that features a downstairs cloaks and archway separating the kitchen and dining, and is priced at £114,950. For the same money there is the alternative floor plan offered by the ‘Hurston’. Larger are the ‘White’ detached at £132,950 or the ‘Darwen’ or ‘Ruskin’ semi-detached priced at £134,950 each.

Also available is Deposit Match, if you have saved up to 5% of the property value, Miller Homes will double it, which could reduce your mortgage borrowing and monthly mortgage repayments.
