Millers Green confirms strong market in Heysham

Miller Homes' Sales Adviser Denise Lyon has sold 20 properties since January at Millers Green in Heysham.

House hunters should take note. 20 properties, worth an estimated £2.5m, have sold since January at Miller Homes’ Millers Green development in Heysham. This certainly seems proof of a market on the rise, so buyers need to get a move on.

We spoke to Denise Lyon, Miller Homes Sales Advisor at Millers Green to discover the secret of its success.

MiSwap, a Miller Homes’ unique house exchange option which allows buyers to trade their old home – whether trading down, trading at the same value or trading up. This is an equity loan scheme that allows purchasers to confidently own 100% of their new home but pay from only 75% of the price now, with the balance of 25% to be paid later. The percentage buyers receive in the equity loan will depend on their circumstances. Home buyers can arrange their own finance for the 75% or whatever the percentage they qualify for.
