Suzuki GB makes grand entrance into social media networks

Suzuki GB is pleased to announce the immediate launch of its new social media campaign making their grand entrance onto Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, flickr and Linkedin.  Followers and friends will have the opportunity to engage with the brand and access up to the minute information.
 
All the Social Media platforms will use the profile name “Suzuki Cars UK” and will maintain the current Suzuki “Way of Life” philosophy look and feel.  Friends of Suzuki will be able to read and respond to current and breaking news, search for images of the models both past and present and view video footage of the cars.
 
The Suzuki Facebook profile will not only allow friends of Suzuki to view status and news updates, it will also allow them to request a brochure and/or test drive and to locate their nearest dealer.
 
Commenting on the launch, Rebecca Morrison, National Communications Manager, commented: “We are all extremely excited about the social media campaign.  It gives us a unique opportunity to engage in conversations with existing customers and allows us to reach new consumers who may not have had a relationship with the brand in the past.  Sites such as Twitter attract 300,000 new users per day so by joining these we are opening up and extending the Suzuki brand to a new audience and can begin to build a lasting relationship with them.”
