Taylor Wimpey’s New Berry Vale development of new homes in Aylesbury is proving popular with buyers, with well over half of the available properties for 2011 already sold.

Property-seekers are being urged to hurry if they want to be sure of securing their dream home at New Berry Vale, Taylor Wimpey’s in-demand development of property for sale in Aylesbury.

Discerning buyers have been eager to take their place in this exciting new community – with 32 of 50 Aylesbury properties available for 2011 completion at the development purchased already this year!

Fortunately for would-be purchasers, there is still a wonderful selection of apartments and houses for sale in Aylesbury to choose from at New Berry Vale, but anyone hoping to pick their favourite plot is advised to act without delay.

Steve Rolt, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey South Midlands, says: “Buyers have been flocking to New Berry Vale, having been attracted by the stylish maintenance-free designs, great-value prices and the commuter-friendly location this popular development of houses and apartments in Aylesbury enjoys.

“Now, just 18 new homes in the current phase are available to purchase for a 2011 move, so I would urge property-seekers to visit us as soon as possible to ensure they have the pick of the remaining properties to buy in Aylesbury.”

A stunning portfolio of high-quality flats and houses in Aylesbury ready for 2011 completion is on sale at New Berry Vale, including two-bedroom apartments from as little as £150,000, three-bedroom houses from just £220,000, and four-bedroom designs from only £279,995.

One of the family-sized homes available at New Berry Vale is the four-bedroom ‘Kent’ townhouse, priced from only £279,995.

This handsome home features a large open-plan kitchen/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, plus a separate family room and a guest cloakroom off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the first-floor landing leads to a spacious lounge, a double bedroom and a main bathroom, while the top floor boasts an en-suite master bedroom, two further bedrooms, one of which could be used as a home office, and a handy cloakroom. A garage and allocated parking can be found outside.

New Berry Vale is the opening phase of Aylesbury’s stunning new Berryfields community. Bordered by picturesque countryside, yet within easy reach of the town centre, it will comprise exceptional community facilities and employment opportunities alongside more than 3,000 homes.

There is also provision for two primary schools at Berryfields and the planned state-of-the-art Aylesbury Academy, which will specialise in science and technology.

A local centre will include a food store and ten other smaller shops, while acres of parks and green open spaces, including a riverside park area, will also feature 13 equipped play areas for families to enjoy.

A community centre will provide a focal point for the residents of the new homes and a new health centre is also planned.

Berryfields will enjoy an integrated network of footpaths, cycleways and bridleways – for cyclists there will be 8km of cyclepaths within the estate which will link into the existing cycle route along the A41 into the town centre, while park-and-ride facilities from the station will be available, linking with the town’s new public transport hub.

The M40 is within 15 miles of Aylesbury, while the M25 is just over 21 miles away. Local bus routes provide connections to Gatwick, Heathrow and Luton airports.

Aylesbury itself is a bustling town with a host of shopping and leisure opportunities including the Friars Square indoor shopping centre, while the town’s market still meets on the cobbles of the old Market Square.

The town also boasts a good choice of pubs, restaurants and nightclubs, while the new 1,200-seat Waterside Theatre was opened in 2010 as part of the ongoing Waterside project which will create a new shopping centre including a Debenhams and a Waitrose.
