Waterlooville house hunters were spellbound by the recent ‘Harry Potter’ themed launch of Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties latest development, Wellington Park at Dukes Meadow, when they were thrown into a world of witchcraft and wizardry!

The leading housebuilder enchanted visitors to the development with a magical atmosphere and all sorts of yummy treats. These included a feast of Bat Wings, Viktors Bratwursts, Hearty Quiddich Burgers and Snape’s blackened salad and a traditional wizard’s sweet shop offering delights such as Chocolate Frogs, Bertie Botts Beans, Exploding Bon Bons, Cauldron Cakes, Butter Beer and much more!

Along with the scrumptious food, courtesy of ‘The Happy Buffet Company’, there was also a fantastic magician on hand to entertain the mini-wizards whilst the adults took a tour round Wellington Park’s brand new show homes, the exquisite Horndene and the captivating Southwick.

Sarah Pasco, regional sales director for Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties, said: “The event provided a fantastic day out for the whole family and was an overwhelming success with a turn out of more than 150 visitors! While the kids were entertained by our magician Mum and Dad had an opportunity to explore our stunning new show homes, which I’m sure provided a great way of visualising how their new home could look. If you’re interested in viewing the new show homes or would just like to have a look round the development, I definitely recommend visiting Wellington Park as with such a successful launch, homes won’t be around for long.”

House hunters can now tour the fantastic three storey, four bedroom Horndene townhouse which comprises a generous reception room, a modern kitchen, and cloakroom on the ground floor. Two large bedrooms and a main bathroom occupy the first floor and the master bedroom with en suite sits on the second floor, along with a further bedroom. To round off, the property has parking and a private rear garden. The large four bedroom Southwick townhouse is also available for guests at the development to explore.

Wellington Park at Dukes Meadow offers a delightful collection of new two, three and four bedroom homes in the thriving Hampshire town of Waterlooville. With a wide range of styles and designs, you'll be spoilt for choice in your search for a new home. The development is in an ideal location; situated near Waterlooville town centre which boasts plenty of major shops, supermarkets, banks, pubs and restaurants. It is also close to the beautiful Hampshire countryside for walks and cycling.
