Two homes are better than one - that's the view of national housebuilder Bovis Homes that has just opened its second show house at the new Kingsmere development in Bicester.

Hot on the heels of the three bedroom Ashleigh show home that opened last month (July), The Gaskell is the company's latest show house to open its doors to prospective buyers.

This spacious four bedroom home with its attractive bay windows and light and airy open plan living space would make a fantastic family home and is in a great location just a few minutes from the popular Bicester Village designer shopping outlet and town centre.

The Gaskell's contemporary open plan area incorporates a dining room, fitted kitchen and family room with French doors to the garden. The kitchen comes with a range of integrated appliances including a fridge and freezer, dishwasher and stainless steel oven and hob. Just off the kitchen there is also a useful utility room with washing machine space and another door to the back garden.

The ground floor also boasts a welcoming and spacious entrance hall, a downstairs cloakroom and a separate large dual aspect sitting room with a bay window and its own French doors to the rear garden.

A gallery style landing has four double bedrooms leading from it and a family bathroom. The main bedroom is very spacious and includes an en suite, fitted wardrobes and full-length French windows opening on to a balconette overlooking the rear garden.

Regional Sales Director Alison Tindle, said: "The Gaskell is a very impressive home with a traditional double frontage. Its bay windows and entrance canopy provide much character and inside it is very spacious. We are getting a lot of positive comments about its design, the space available and the interior furnishings.

"We like to give potential buyers the opportunity to see a number of our homes once they are completed and fully furnished as it helps people visualise how their new home in Bicester could look.

"The new Gaskell show home gives a contemporary edge to a traditional design, while the three bedroom Ashleigh show home offers three storey, flexible accommodation that can be adapted to suit a customer's changing needs."

All Bovis Homes at Kingsmere boast an all inclusive specification as part of the purchase price, which consists of a fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, many main bedrooms with en suites and fitted wardrobes.

The development is also convenient for Oxford, London or Birmingham commuters, being close to junction nine of the M40.
