Show time for Durrington infant school

A seemingly normal day turned out to be anything but for pupils from Durrington All Saints Infant School when youngsters were treated to a VIP trip to a nearby housing development.

Year 2 pupils from the School were given the important job of officially unveiling the brand new showhome at Persimmon Homes’ Avon Fields development on Netheravon Road – a stunning three bedroom detached Aldbourne.

Jo Andrews, headteacher at Durrington Infants School, said: “We are very keen to learn more about what business are doing in the local area, particularly when they are so close to the School, so the children were absolutely delighted to when they found out that they were needed to unveil the giant red bow to the entrance of the showhome.

“The children love spending time in different environments and they all had a great time at Avon Fields.”
