Stargaze from the Rebali Riads

Monday night sees the return of the popular BBC TV series Stargazer Live presented by Professor Brian Cox and comedian Dara O’Briain reflecting the growing interest in physics and the universe – particularly among children.

Fleewinter offers guests staying at its Rebali Riad complex – located under the crystal clear skies of the Moroccan coast – the chance to swot up on stargazing with a special ‘star map’ which it produces at the beginning of every month.

Maps are left in the riads, providing the challenge for guests – both young and old – to locate the stars in the sky and marry them up with those on the map, whilst lying down on sunbeds on the roof terraces located on top of the properties!

Rebali Riads is comprised of six properties which combine all the convenience of a hotel with the privacy of a villa. Fully-equipped to a high specification for self-catering, there are also on-site cooks who can prepare meals and deliver them to the riads at a supplement on request.

Rooms can be booked in the larger properties or the smaller riads can be taken over in their entirety by a family or group.

Other activities available in the area include wind/kite/board surfing, camel safaris, cookery lessons, quad biking, and wine excursions.

Fleewinter currently has availability for February half-term, with a week’s stay costing from £465 pp (2 sharing) including flights and private transfers from Marrakech on a B&B basis.
