Kia pricing changes for the New Year

30th November 2005 Print
Kia Motors (UK) Limited will be increasing prices across the range by an average of 4% effective from 1 December whilst maintaining some of the lowest diesel premiums in the market.

Kia has become well known for its ‘Smart Value’ proposition offering motorists more for less. From its baby Picanto to the top of the range Sorento, Kia will still be providing outstanding levels of specification on all its vehicles without damaging the purse strings.

This ‘Smart Value’ trend is set to continue across the four new models being introduced in 2006. Paul Williams, Managing Director Kia Motors (UK) Ltd said: "This price increase reflects the greater refinement of our cars. We are confident that even with this small increase in prices we are continuing to offer our customers exceptional vehicles at a competitive price.

"In spite of this increase, we maintain the lowest diesel premiums in the C-segment with Cerato diesel at only £700 more than the petrol version."

The price realignment will affect all models in the Kia range from a £200 increase on Picanto rising to a £1,170 increase on the Sorento XE-C commercial vehicle.
