Portsmouth house hunters who still haven’t found their dream home can call off the search, as Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties gets ready for the launch of its new development, The Brambles, on Saturday 18th February.

Visitors on the day will be the first to see the plans for the development of one and two bedroom apartments, and two, three, four and five bedroom homes. What’s more, the sales team will be on hand to answer your house buying questions and take reservations on the handful of homes that are going to be released for sale on the day.

Sarah Pasco, regional sales director for Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties, said: “We’re delighted to now be in a position to launch The Brambles, bringing yet another development of high quality new homes to the region and providing house hunters with even more choice.

“Each home at the development will be designed with the modern buyer in mind, offering spacious rooms and plenty of flexibility to accommodate needs as they change over time.”

Amongst the first collection of homes being released for sale will be plot 16, Mulberry, a one bedroom apartment that benefits from an allocated parking space, priced at £149,000. Plot 2, Poplar, is a two bedroom semi-detached home with a garage and parking space, priced at £215,000, and plot 80, Elm, a three bedroom detached home with a study, garage and parking space, priced at £380,000.

Also being released for sale on the day are a two bedroom apartment, a one bedroom coach house and a range of three bedroom semi-detached homes.
“There’s going to be plenty of choice on offer, so whether you’re a first time buyer, a family looking for more space or a downsizer wanting a more manageable and low maintenance home, I’m confident that you’ll find it at The Brambles,” adds Sarah.

The Brambles comprises a collection of 80 one and two bedroom apartments, and two, three, four and five bedroom homes, built to the high standards that Taylor Wimpey is renowned for.

Situated on Green Lane, the development is set in the heart of the rural village of Denmead. The village centre contains shops for everyday needs while Waterlooville, just a short distance away, has plenty of High Street stores and supermarkets.

The area has a good selection of restaurants and traditional pubs to enjoy, whilst stunning local countryside is waiting to be explored with the village located next to part of the Forest of Bere and rural farm land.
