Homebuyers in Flintshire will soon have a choice of stylish new homes to choose from, away from the hustle and bustle, when a new development launches in Treuddyn, near Mold, later this year.

Lovell is bringing a range of high quality two and three-bedroom homes to the rural Welsh village. Setting them apart from other homes in the area, they will feature advanced technology including low energy Mitsubishi air source electric heating systems.

In total 41 new homes will be built at Bro Brwynog, off Ffordd y Rhos, Treuddyn.

The first open market homes will go on sale later this year and are expected to be popular with first time buyers and families who want to escape from city or town life but still be close to the market town of Mold and within easy reach of Chester and Wrexham.

Michelle added: “It’s exciting to now be in a position to tell people what we will have on offer. Our aim is to make the homes affordable for first time buyers, young families and downsizers, while creating an enviable place to live.

It’s a great option for purchasers looking to relocate from nearby towns and cities as it enjoys a picturesque location, close to areas of outstanding natural beauty but is still within easy reach of the bustling towns of Mold, Ruthin and Wrexham, as well as Chester, Liverpool and Manchester.

“Work on the new homes has now started and the development will continue to take shape over the coming months, with the first homes released for sale later in the year.”

The new homes are being built to comply with level three of the Code for Sustainable Homes so they will a number features to make them greener and more efficient to run. Part of the development is being set aside for public open space, including a wildlife corridor, which will enhance the environment for residents and the wider community.
