The offering

This hotel room investment scheme has been created to satisfy investors looking for a combination of reliability and simplicity as well as good returns. As well as being fully compliant, investors have the reassurance of knowing that Hopwood House has a compelling past track record of success in this area, for example there are similar investment opportunities in hotels in Lancaster town centre, Blackpool and Barrow. For this hotel, the minimum investment is £25,650, which purchases a third of a room. A whole room may be purchased for £76,950. There is a guaranteed 8% return in years one and two, a guaranteed 9% return in years three and four and then a guaranteed 10% return in year five and thereafter. The returns are paid quarterly in arrears and are calculated after payment of the operating company, which also manages all maintenance and repairs. Hence this is a fully “hands off” investment. After five years, there is a guaranteed buy-back option for investors who wish to lock in their returns and move on to another opportunity.
