Elan gears up for new year launch for new homes

Fuelled by demand, Elan Homes is gearing up to launch new homes in North Wales early in the New Year.

The niche developer is building 24 new homes at Argoed Gardens on the site of a former service station on Main Road, Argoed, near Mold. The first properties are due to be released for sale ‘off plan’ in January, with a show home scheduled to open in March.

Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, said: “We’re glad to be back building new homes in North Wales, having previously built and sold properties at Meadowslea in Penyfford and Heritage Park in Penymynydd. Potential purchasers have been showing a keen interest in our latest offering at Argoed Gardens and are eager to know when the first homes will be released for sale. In response to demand we’ve decided to launch off plan, giving customers the chance to purchase at the earliest opportunity. Those who buy before we open the show home will be able to take advantage of some fantastic special offers, plus they will be able to personalise their property selecting the finish of the kitchen and the bathroom amongst other features.”

Prices for the three and four-bedroom homes at Argoed Gardens will be announced at the launch.

Elan has a reputation for building quality homes in prime locations and Argoed Gardens is no exception.

The homes will benefit from long views towards Moel Famau. Easy access to the A55 makes it a great location for commuting to either Mold, Wrexham or Chester.

Along with building new homes, Elan will make contributions towards play facilities and local schools. For example, more than £135,000 will be shared between Ysgol Mynydd Isa and Argoed High School; while the play area on Clwyd Crescent will be enhanced.
