Secure a new home in Canterbury with a 5% deposit

Kent property-hunters looking for their first home can secure an apartment with just a 5% deposit at Millers Court, Taylor Wimpey’s development of flats for sale in Canterbury.

The loan is repayable at the end of the 25-year mortgage term or when the property is sold. To be eligible, purchasers must be first-time buyers and their total household earnings should be less than £60,000.
