New way for families to speed up moving home in Penley

Families worried about getting stuck in a property chain when they decide to move home are being encouraged to take advantage of a new 110 per cent part exchange scheme by local housebuilder Morris at its Penmere Park development in Penley.

It means that people can reserve a new home without having to find a buyer for their existing property; cutting out uncertainty, delays and opportunities that fall through.

Under the scheme Morris will buy an existing property at its full market value and will pass an additional 10 per cent of its value to the home buyer to help with their moving costs.

Morris expect its 110 per cent part exchange scheme to be sought after by families who want the certainty of being able to move without the hassle often involved in selling a home.

The company has several detached family homes currently available at Penmere Park including The Bramhall and The Wharfdale properties.

The development is an exclusive collection of just 50 homes and has proven popular with families looking for spacious homes in a rural location with good commuter links and landscaped surroundings.

Chris Minshall, regional sales director at Morris, said: “The part exchange scheme allows house-hunters to securely sell their current property and get an additional 10 per cent of its value.

“It also means they could be living in their new home in just four weeks.

“The homes available at Penmere Park have been built to the highest specification and are ideal for growing families looking for extra space and a community feel.”

Penmere Park is located just off the A539 giving residents easy access to the nearby towns of Whitchurch and Wrexham. There are several good schools in the area including the Madras VA Primary School and the Maelor High School.

Prices of the detached homes at Penmere Park start from £239,750.
