The Grange opens its doors for part exchange day

Homebuyers can find out all they need to know about making a hassle-free move to a sought-after new home in Maidstone next Saturday.

The open day at The Grange on September 8th is especially for prospective purchasers who have a property to sell, so they can discover more about Redrow’s part exchange incentive, designed to make moving easy.

Christie Alaimo, sales director for Redrow Homes (Eastern), said: “For those with a property to sell, part exchange could take away the hassle of having to find a purchaser. Once customers have chosen their perfect new home at The Grange, the process begins with a part exchange specialist from Moving Made Easy arranging an obligation-free valuation of the home owners’ existing property. If the valuations are agreeable by all parties, Redrow could arrange the part exchange in less than a week.

Christie added: “Generally speaking our customers must be selling something that’s worth a minimum of 35% less than the new build home. If the price differential is suitable we’ll work with them to make their move quick, simple and stress-free. They can move in as soon as their new home in ready.”

Each property at The Grange has been thoughtfully designed with families in mind, with convivial open-plan layouts, generous sized rooms and plenty of storage.
