Dine with Marco this autumn

Guests are being invited to dine with one the country’s greatest chefs at DoubleTree by Hilton, Cadbury House this autumn.

The Godfather of modern cooking, Marco Pierre White, will be making one of his regular visits to his Steakhouse Bar & Grill at the Congresbury venue on 4 October.

Visitors can choose to attend a special three-course lunch or a delicious evening meal and will also have the chance to meet the great man himself.

Opened in September 2010, the restaurant has already established itself as one of the region’s premier eateries.

Mimmo Pomo, restaurant manager at the Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill, said: “It’s great when Marco comes to visit, the atmosphere in the restaurant is electric and he is such a gentleman to our guests.

“At the steakhouse it’s all about Great British cuisine – Marco’s speciality. The food is simple and unfussy but is absolutely top quality.

“We hope to see many new and old friends at the event on 4 October and look forward to welcoming Marco back again.”

A three-course lunch can be booked for between 12.30pm and 3.30pm and costs £45.00 per person. Dinner can be booked for between 6.30 and 9.30 and costs £65.00 per person.

There will also be live music, canapés and Bellinis.
