New research has shown that buying in Ashford offers home-buyers fantastic value for money when compared with the equivalent properties in the south and east of London.
Brand new four bedroom houses are available in Ashford at just one third of the price per square foot that you would pay for a property in the bottom 10% of the price range in East London.
