As part of their new supperclub presents evenings featuring famous chefs, celebrated DJs and performance art, celebrated chef Hardeep Singh will cook an exquisite Indian themed feast on Friday 2nd November at supperclub with a perfectly themed Bollywood themed evening of entertainment.
Hardeep will be the third chef to take up residency at supperclub after celebrity chefs Aldo Zilli and Ian Pengelley took to the kitchen to create their own individually themed menus.
Diners on the 2nd November will all enjoy the same four course culinary journey which will include signature Singh dishes such as Autumn Vegetable Pakora with Slow Roast Tomato Sauce, Seared Tandoori Scallops with Cumin Fennel Puree, Braised Oxtail with a Grapefruit and Coriander salad and Cardamom plum crumble.
In honour of Hardeep, supperclub will be themed in true Bollywood style, guests will be whisked away to the heart of Mumbai. The staff will be dressed in Saris and Bindis and there will be some fanastic Bangra dancing to get the party started.
An experimental creative platform of dancers, singers, musician and acrobats will involve and inspire guests from the moment supperclub presents starts. There will be a musical feast later on in the evening with Internationally acclaimed DJs taking to the decks. Over the last few months alone, Danny Rampling, Norman Jay, Jazzie B and resident Mercury nominated Femi Fem have played at supperclub presents

Hardeep Sing is a Scottish chef who was runner-up on the first series of Celebrity Masterchef , which led to two series for UKTV Food, New British Kitchen and Chefs And The City. He has recently been appointed a Food and Drink Ambassador for Scotland.
Since appearing on Masterchef he has released a cookery book, "Indian Takeaway", nominated for an Independent Book Award and has also written for several food publications including Olive Magazine and Observer Food Monthly.
