Penley househunters could be in a new home by Christmas as local housebuilder Morris is offering its 110 per cent part-exchange scheme at the Penmere Park development.

Under the scheme, Morris will buy a homeowners existing property at its full market value and will pass them an additional 10 per cent to help with moving costs.

With a guaranteed buyer there are no lengthy property chains, which is ideal for those looking to be settled in time for the festive season.

Penmere Park, off Overton Road, is an exclusive collection of just 50 homes and has proven popular with families due to the The Maelor High School and several excellent primary schools being nearby.

A range of four-bedroom detached homes are still available at the development, including the spacious ‘Staunton’ and ‘Moreton 2’ properties, which have been specifically designed to encourage flexible family living.

Regional sales director for Morris, Chris Minshall, said: “Penmere Park is perfect for families as it has a real community feel.

“We understand that moving house can take a while and so, with Christmas fast-approaching, we’re offering the 110 per cent part-exchange scheme at Penmere Park to speed up the moving process and make it easier and more affordable for families.”

Penmere Park is located just off the A539 giving residents easy access to the nearby towns of Whitchurch and Wrexham.

The available four-bedroom properties at Penmere Park are priced from £239,750. Morris also has one remaining two-bedroom mews house at the development priced at £139,750.
