Kate Nash announces launch of EP and third album

British style icon Kate Nash announces the launch of her new EP, 'Death Proof' and her third album, 'Girl Talk' which launches early next year, but can be pre-ordered now via Pledge Music (perfect Christmas gift).

The EP will be released on November 19th through Kate's own label 'Have 10p Records' and is available for free by pre-ordering 'Girl Talk'.

Along with strong style, Kate has honed a new sound, developed from using the bass guitar as the centrepiece of her writing. Despite this being new territory creatively for Kate, her undeniable and unconventional lyricism is stamped all over it.

Recorded in LA, Kate has been busy working on her third album for the past twelve months. She's also been performing with her all-girl band to sell-out-crowds across the country, including this year's Bestival. In 2010 Kate set up 'Rock n Roll for Girls After-School Music Club' to inspire teenage girls to develop their songwriting and create their own music. On December 1st a group of these students, from participating schools across the UK will perform at the 'End of Year Gala' at the Queen Elizabeth Hall at the Southbank Centre in London.

Kate will also unveil a brand new video for lead track 'Death Proof' through VEVO on November 19th.
