The Briars in Ewloe

There may be limited availability, but there’s still plenty of choice at Briarwood in Ewloe.

The development from Rowland Homes is nearing a sell-out with only seven properties yet to be sold. The remaining homes offer a choice of three and four-bedroom designs including the four-bedroom Bonington show home complete with furniture.

Sam Johnson, sales manager for Rowland Homes, said: “The limited availability at Briarwood means buyers must hurry if they want to be in with a chance of moving here. Movers with an existing property may fear they will miss out if they get held back by their old home or become entangled in a slow moving chain, but the good news is we’re offering part exchange. By buying the customers old home we leave them free to purchase one of ours safe in the knowledge that they’ve secured a buyer.”

Prices at Briarwood range from £189,995 for a three-bedroom Victoria style property to £269,995 for the four-bedroom Bonington show home.

The Victoria features a spacious combined lounge and dining room that spans from the front to the rear of the property with patio doors opening out on the garden giving meal times an al fresco feel.

Priced at £219,995, the four-bedroom Dean is the only property that doesn’t feature an open plan layout. Instead it has a dining room to the front, kitchen to the rear and a separate lounge with patio doors offering easy access to the rear garden.

Available from £249,995, the Sandwell also has four bedrooms and enjoys a practical layout with a combined kitchen and dining room that leads onto the utility, plus a separate lounge to sit back and relax in.

For those who want a house that has it all – a spacious lounge spanning from the front to rear with doors leading out on to the garden, an open plan kitchen and dining room with utility, the Bonington is the ideal choice.

“Buying a brand new home enables purchasers to start a fresh without having to worry about repairs or renovations and the lucky customer who snaps up the Bonington show home won’t even have to measure up or arrange removals as we’re including the furniture in the price,” Sam adds.

“All they’ll need to do is bring their personal belongings with them on moving day.”

Located in Holywell Road, Ewloe, Briarwood enjoys a quiet setting with open fields on two sides. Hawarden and Buckley are also close by and thanks to the development’s convenient location Chester can be reached in less than half an hour. Plus with easy access to the M56 and M53 it’s a great base for commuters.

The show home at Briarwood, is open from 10.30am to 5.30pm on Saturdays and Sundays and from 10am to 5pm on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.
