New phase launched at St Giles Gardens in Wrexham
Local housebuilder Morris has started a new phase of the development at St Giles Gardens on Maesgwyn Road in Wrexham to meet local demand for new family homes.
As part of the scheme Morris is building a range of three and four-bedroom detached properties with prices starting from £249,750. Several of the homes will feature large open plan kitchen/dining rooms which haven’t been previously available at the site.
Regional sales director for Morris, Chris Minshall, said: “St Giles has been extremely popular with local families which is why we are building these new properties.
“The site is only a five minute walk from Wrexham town centre and there are a number of highly rated schools in the area including St Giles Primary School and Yale College.”
Morris will also be offering the 100 per cent part exchange scheme at the site to help buyers trade-up the property ladder.
The scheme allows buyers to sell their existing property to Morris for 100 per cent of its market value, meaning they are then free to purchase a Morris home.
Chris added: “Supporting local househunters is a top priority for us and the part exchange scheme is a great opportunity as it not only provides a guaranteed buyer but also cuts out estate agents fees and lengthy property chains.”
