Never-ending Sundays at New Street Grill and The Old Bengal Bar

Embrace the most relaxed day of the week with Never-ending Sundays, sponsored by Chase Vodka at New Street Grill and The Old Bengal Bar. Located in the heart of the City of London next to Liverpool Street station, New Street Grill is a modern British meat house and grill restaurant offering outstanding food, a superb wine list and impeccable service in a fun, buzzing and dynamic environment. Guests can choose from the three course set menu created by chef David Philpot. Dishes include London cured smoked salmon; Aylesbury country terrine with pickled shallots and toast; market fish, lemon and fennel salad with roast beets; and the classic Sunday roast with a choice of beef or lamb, served with market vegetables and Yorkshire pudding. Desserts include favourites such as dark chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream; and Bramley apple and raisin pie with custard. The menu is priced at £23.50 for two courses and £28.50 for three courses or £25 for two courses and £30 for three courses including never-ending Bloody Marys whilst you dine. There is also a children’s set menu available priced at £8.50 for two courses and £10.50 for three courses, perfect for families.

After lunch, guests can wonder into the adjacent Old Bengal Bar, a stylish and luxurious space offering some of the finest cocktails in London. The bar offers a special Bloody Mary menu created by bar manager and mixologist Milos Popovic and includes six different takes on the classic cocktail such as the Boston Bourbon Mary (Woodford Bourbon infused with green chilli, bespoke spices, fresh horseradish, ice, tomato juice and garnished with leaf celery, celery salt and orange); and the Bengal Spice (Chase vodka infused with nutmeg, cinnamon and clove, with a celery salt rubbed rim and finished off with a cinnamon stick and orange peel). Enjoy reading the papers or play a game of scrabble whilst listening to live DJs playing chilled out music throughout the afternoon. Guests looking for a more casual Sunday lunch option can also opt for a burger and a Bloody Mary for just £15 available in The Old Bengal Bar.
