Fast-acting homebuyers are being urged not to miss their chance to snap up one of the final high-quality Taylor Wimpey homes at The Keep in Kings Hill, Kent – and look forward to settling in by the summer.

Just a handful of impressive four-bedroom houses remain available for sale at this near-sellout development, and the final plots will be ready to move into by June and July 2013.

With prices starting at just £324,500 and the Government’s brand new Help to Buy shared equity initiative now on offer at The Keep, these exceptional family-size properties are not expected to be available for long!

Jason Stokes, Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Now that our final selection of stunning homes is on sale at The Keep, this is the last chance for discerning purchasers to stake their claim in this hugely popular development.

“The few properties that remain available are set for completion in the next few months, so anyone who acts quickly enough to secure their favourite plot will be making their move just in time for the great British summer!”

Under the Government’s Help to Buy shared equity scheme, eligible first-time buyers and existing homeowners can secure their new home at The Keep for 80% of its full price, including a 5% deposit.

Help to Buy customers receive a 20% Government loan to help with the purchase of their new home, and there is no salary cap for homebuyers taking advantage of the scheme.

The final four-bedroom plots on sale at The Keep include the ‘Beechcraft A’, priced from only £324,500 (80% price from £259,600 under Help to Buy), and the ‘Swanton’, priced from £359,000 (£287,200 under Help to Buy), with each property benefiting from a garage and allocated parking.

The ‘Beechcraft A’ is currently available in semi-detached, link-detached and detached designs, with each plot benefiting from generous accommodation that’s ideal for growing families in search of extra space.

This exceptional home features a spacious lounge and a large kitchen/dining room, both spanning the full depth of the property and offering access through French doors to the private rear garden. A guest cloakroom is also located off the entrance hallway.

Upstairs, the landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, three further bedrooms and a main bathroom, while a garage and allocated parking can be found outside.

New homes at The Keep are set among 800 acres of landscaped parkland and have been thoughtfully laid out to complement Kent’s picturesque countryside.

At the heart of Kings Hill is the Liberty Square retail centre for all the conveniences of modern life, including shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, a community centre and sports facilities. The development also enjoys an ideal location for accessing the bustling county town of Maidstone and central London.

Frequent bus services run to and from West Malling, Maidstone, Chatham and Tunbridge Wells, while a frequent weekday shuttle bus connects the village to West Malling for Kings Hill railway station, putting London Victoria just 50 minutes away.

A direct service to Ashford International means Paris is just over two hours from home, while Brussels is only one hour and 50 minutes away.
