Sales of new homes at Heritage Park in Penymynydd are off to a flying start.

Properties at the just launched development from Elan Homes are currently being sold ‘off plan’ from a sales office on site. The homes have proved to be an instant hit with buyers.

Andrew Robertson, senior sales manager for Elan Homes in the North, says: “We’re delighted to be back building in North Wales, having previously experienced sales success at nearby Meadowslea in Penyffordd. We have a strong database of people who had registered their interest in the homes at Heritage Park so we knew that there is a demand, but to have secured a sale straight away is fantastic. What’s even better is that we also have four other customers who want to buy particular properties within the development and so have made ‘early bird’ reservations, giving them first refusal when those homes are released onto the market. It means that Heritage Park is off to a flying start.”

Comprising 32 large and luxurious properties, the development in Mold Road will offer residents the chance to enjoy living in a rural setting but with easy access to Chester city centre.

Architects have created bespoke four and five-bedroom detached homes that have been tailor made specifically for the location.

“Homebuyers are invited to visit our sales office or log on to our website to view the floor plans and find out more about the homes we’re building at Heritage Park. We’re currently selling ‘off plan’ and our sales consultants are happy to help customers choose which layout best suits their lifestyle,” Andrew adds.

“Those who buy now will not only have their pick of the properties available within the development, but in how it looks internally. Buying a brand new home means having a blank canvas and customise it to your personal tastes to create a home as individual as you. Customers elsewhere have told us they love being able to choose from high quality fixtures and fittings and knowing that they no one else has a home quite like theirs and we’re sure that people in Penymynydd will find it just as enjoyable.”

Designed for ease of living, the homes at Heritage Park will boast family friendly features including open plan layouts, stylish kitchens fitted with quality appliances and en-suites to master bedrooms to complement family bathrooms.

Current prices start from £329,995 for a four-bedroom property, with five-bedroom homes available from £359,995.

Close to the North Wales countryside, including the slopes of Snowdonia, with ponds and wildlife habits maintained as part of the development, residents will be able to enjoy the great outdoors close to home. They’ll also be able to make the most of easy access to the shops, bars and restaurants of Chester, which are just 10 minutes away by car.
