A Maidstone housebuilder will be serving up a treat for home hunters on Saturday, May 11 when it hosts a BBQ on the green at The Grange.

In addition to the delightful food on the menu, Redrow has a delectable selection of homes for visitors to view, from apartments to four-bedroom family homes, with many available to move into for June.

Homebuyers can also find out more about the tempting incentives available to make moving easier, including the Government backed Help to Buy scheme, which offers purchasers a 20% equity loan so they can buy with just a 5% deposit.

The event takes place at the development on Sutton Road from 12pm to 4pm.

Kerry Jenkins, head of sales for Redrow Homes (South East), said: “Our BBQ on the green is the perfect chance for Maidstone buyers to discover the joys of living at The Grange. As well as enjoying an array of tasty treats they can chat at their leisure to our friendly sales consultants about the homes available with a glass of Pimms in hand.

“We’ve got homes that are ready to move into for June so customers could start enjoying life in a new Redrow home sooner rather than later. We’ve also two show homes open so visitors can look around a professionally styled and fully furnished property as well. It means they will leave with a real sense of the lifestyle on offer at The Grange.”

The homes are from Redrow’s sought-after New Heritage Collection in a choice of two, three and four-bedroom designs, which combine Arts and Crafts inspired exteriors with bright modern interiors. Prices are from £135,995 for a two-bedroom apartment to £334,995 to a four-bedroom detached Cambridge.

Maidstone is at the heart of Kent with beautiful rolling countryside nearby offering the perfect escape from the thriving town centre. With many picturesque villages and seaside towns nearby, residents can find the ideal location for walking, horse-riding, golfing, fishing or boating. Family days out can be enjoyed at Hop Farm Family Park, Maidstone Millennium River Park and Leeds Castle.

One of the top shopping destinations in the South East, there's a great variety to enjoy, from the specialist shops of Bank and Union Street to the high street stores of Fremlin Walk Shopping Centre. And with a great selection of restaurants, pubs, wine bars and nightclubs, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

The Grange is just a short walk from the picturesque Mote Park and conveniently close to Maidstone town centre. It’s located close to both main railway stations in the town. A high speed rail service from Maidstone West station takes just 48 minutes to reach London St Pancras, currently running during peak times on weekdays; while Maidstone East station offers journey times to London Victoria or Charing Cross of around an hour.
