A Faversham housebuilder will be serving up a treat for home hunters on Saturday, May 11 when it hosts a hog roast event at Davington Park.

In addition to the delightful food on the menu, Redrow has a delectable selection of homes for visitors to view, from apartments to four-bedroom family homes.

Homebuyers can also find out more about the tempting incentives available to make moving easier, including the Government backed Help to Buy scheme, which offers purchasers a 20% equity loan so they can buy with just a 5% deposit.

The event takes place at the development on Oare Road from 12pm to 4pm.

Kerry Jenkins, head of sales for Redrow Homes (South East), said: “Our hog roast event is the perfect chance for Faversham buyers to discover the joys of living at Davington Park. As well as enjoying an array of tasty treats they can chat at their leisure to our friendly sales consultants about the homes available with a glass of Pimms in hand.

“We are also delighted to offer ‘Help to Buy’, a scheme which will improve the outlook for many who want to move to a new home but do not have the large deposit required by many lenders.

“It will open the door for those who have saved hard for a 5% deposit, while allowing them access to better interest rates usually reserved for people with much larger savings.”

Davington Park will feature 56 properties from Redrow Homes’ sought-after New Heritage Collection in a choice of two, three and four-bedroom designs, which combine Arts and Crafts inspired exteriors with bright modern interiors.

With a sought after position alongside a picturesque fishing lake, many of the new homes will enjoy outlooks over the water.

Davington Park is perfect for families with a range of schools in the vicinity including the neighbouring Davington Primary School.

It’s also within easy reach of the historic market town of Faversham, with its host of independent shops and elegant eateries, and ideally located for commuters; close to the M2. Faversham train station has direct rail links to London in just over an hour.

For those looking to get away from the hustle and bustle, the natural beauty of the Kent Downs is also nearby.
