New Dim Sum menu launched at Dynasty

A new dim sum menu has been launched at one of Bristol’s favourite Chinese restaurants, which now offers over 100 dishes for people to try.
Dynasty in St Thomas Street, Bristol is a popular eatery for the Chinese community as well as local foodies. The new dim sum menu will incorporate old favourites as well as new specialities including Sichuan Pork Buns and Japanese Pork Gyozas.
Dynasty, which has been named as one of the top five Chinese eateries in the country by the Daily Mail, has now extended its dining times to 8pm Sundays-Thursdays for the dim sum service to meet demand.
Dynasty owner Suzanna Ho said: “Our dim sum menu now offers over 100 varieties and features some really gorgeous and unusual dishes.
“Dim sum has always been really popular as it allows customers to try lots of bite-sized things that perhaps they haven’t tasted before.
“We’ve made sure that we kept all the old favourites such as the steamed pork and prawn Siu Mai dumplings and Char-Siu pork rice rolls but we wanted to build on our offering as well.”
Dynasty has been a firm favourite in the city for the past 12 years. Open 7-days a week from midday until late the restaurant can cater for large parties and functions.
Suzanna continued: “We decided to expand our menu for the summer as our chefs were coming up with some really great new ideas and we wanted to include them all. The wider variety means that there is something for everyone and if you’re a fan of Chinese food, you’re going to love it!”
