Bordered by open fields and boasting a superior specification, Elan Homes is offering North Wales homebuyers an enviable lifestyle at its Heritage Park development.

Located in Mold Road, Penymynydd, Heritage Park enjoys a charming village setting with easy access to Chester city centre.

With open fields to two sides, homeowners will be able to make the most of the rural outlook.

The substantial four and five-bedroom properties are ideal for families and will boast a superb specification as standard.

A number of sales have already been secured and there are many others who have made ‘early bird’ reservations to secure their preferred property.

Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, says: “Research by RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) suggests that sales of homes in Wales in the last quarter reached a six year high. This indicates a confidence in the market, which we are experiencing at Heritage Park.

“Not only have we sold homes that are currently available we have customers waiting for specific properties to be released and others still who want to wait until we open our show homes before committing to buy. We’re confident that they will agree that our show homes are worth waiting for.”

There are six property styles currently available at Heritage Park, with prices ranging from £324,995 to £364,995.

All of the homes have been designed for living with well-planned accommodation that has the flexibility to be adapted for buyers’ individual needs. For example, if they don’t need of the bedrooms they may opt to utilise the space as a study, dressing room or playroom.

Whichever style of home is chosen, buyers will be assured that it will feature quality fixtures and fittings throughout.

For example, kitchens will be well equipped with built-in double oven, gas hob and canopy style hood, plus integrated microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

Elan is offering part exchange selected properties. Alternatively, Elan will help customers sell their current home via its EasyMove scheme.

“Regardless of whether people have a property to sell or are lucky enough to have already secured a buyer, we’re encouraging them to visit Heritage Park to learn about the advantages of buying now, in the development’s early stages, when there’s plenty to choose from,” Marie adds.

“Visitors have already been enamoured by the location of our homes and the surrounding views. They have also been impressed by all that we’re including in our standard specification. They’re also excited at the prospect of customising their new home with our optional design package.”

Heritage Park enjoys an idyllic setting close to the North Wales countryside, including the slopes of Snowdonia. With ponds and wildlife habits maintained as part of the development, residents will be able to enjoy the great outdoors close to home. They’ll also be able to make the most of easy access to the shops, bars and restaurants of Chester, which are just minutes away by car.
