Homebuyers will be able to enjoy a taste of the luxury life that awaits at Heritage Park in Penymynydd with the opening of two new show homes.

Located between the Welsh countryside and the bright city lights of Chester, with open fields on two sides, the Elan Homes development has attracted keen interest from purchasers.

And following a flurry of ‘off plan’ sales, the developer is inviting buyers to visit Heritage Park this weekend (July 6 and 7) to enjoy their first look inside the show homes and toast the success of the development.

Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, says: “The opening of our show homes at Heritage Park has been eagerly anticipated and people have been keen to see for themselves what we have to offer. We’re looking forward to welcoming visitors this weekend when we hope they will join us for a glass of wine and nibbles as they look around the properties. We’re confident that they will be suitably impressed and that this will inspire them to commit to buy, building on the off plan success we have already experienced.”

Located on Mold Road, Heritage Park offers a choice of four and five luxurious family homes, with current prices from £324,995.

The superb specification afforded in the properties can be appreciated with a visit to the Chesham and Warminster show homes.

Both property styles are very much designed for ease of living with multifunctional open plan areas.

They both feature a combined kitchen, family and breakfast area which provide sociable spaces for quality family time and are complemented by a formal dining room and separate lounge. A cloakroom and utility complete the ground floor.

“Our kitchens aren’t just functional, but make great living spaces too. They’re also very stylish with a choice of finishes for customers to select from, plus we’re including integrated appliances such as fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave along with items people expect like the oven and hob,” Marie adds.

“Upstairs is where buyers will really be able to see which style of property suits them best. The Chesham enjoys a flexibility in that the galleried landing can easily be adapted to provide either a fifth bedroom or a study as required. Both homes benefit from an en-suite to the master bedroom, plus a shower room to the second bedroom which should reduce the morning rush for the family bathroom.”

Heritage Park enjoys an idyllic setting close to the North Wales countryside, including the slopes of Snowdonia. With ponds and wildlife habits maintained as part of the development, residents will be able to enjoy the great outdoors close to home. They’ll also be able to make the most of easy access to the shops, bars and restaurants of Chester, which are just minutes away by car.

To be among the first to see inside the new Elan show homes, visit Heritage Park this weekend (July 6 & 7).
