Riedel Glass Gourmet Dinner at Tyddyn Llan

A gourmet dinner will be staged at Michelin-starred Tyddyn Llan in Llandrillo, near Corwen in north Wales, on Sunday 15 September in association with Riedel Glass.
Professor Claus J. Riedel was the first designer to recognise that the bouquet, taste, balance and finish of wines are affected by the shape of the glass from which they are consumed.
The shapes direct the wine to different parts of the mouth, emphasising the best characteristics of the wine.
The gourmet dinner will be hosted by John Hinckley of Riedel Glass to learn all about which glass shape goes with which wine and grape variety.
The meal will feature six courses, prepared by Tyddyn Llan’s chef and owner, Bryan Webb, with wines and Riedel glasses to match.
The feast will comprise….
