Manchester Airport has launched a late summer offer for its passengers, which makes its airport car parking one of the cheapest in the UK, less than £30 per week.

The £27.99 late summer deal is for one week's parking at Manchester Airport's Jetparks 3 car park, which is located just ten minutes from the terminals and works out less than £4.00 per day.

For arrivals between 19th August and 30th September, the offer makes parking at Manchester Airport 22% cheaper than it was in 2012, reflecting the airport's commitment to providing cost effective parking solutions for passengers.

Nolan Hough, Director of Car Parks at Manchester Airport, said: "We want to provide competitively priced options for car park users at Manchester. Just as we have a range of holiday options to suit all budgets, we have car parking solutions to suit every pocket. Jet Parks has been a hugely successful product since we launched at Manchester and we want to attract even more people through the gates as the summer comes to an end. With 65 airlines, and flights to over 200 destinations worldwide, passengers can make a great saving by choosing to fly out of Manchester - the gateway for the North."

According to statistics, more than one in three people (35%) drive and park when going on holiday from Manchester Airport, and the average Brit perceives parking to cost at least £54.00, which is significantly higher than the actual cost.
