New homes in North Wales are selling like hot cakes with only a baker’s dozen still available.

The large and luxurious homes at Heritage Park from Elan Homes have proven to be hot property. In less than six months, 10 of the homes have been sold. ‘Early bird’ reservations have been made on a further nine giving customers first refusal when their preferred property is released onto the market. It means that there are now only 13 homes still available.

Marie Morris, sales director for Elan Homes in the North, says: “Including ‘early bird’ reservations we’ve been selling at an average rate of three properties a month at Heritage Park. It’s been a great immensely popular and has been drawing people from the surrounding towns and from Chester who want a home that’s close to the city but in a relaxing environment that’s more conducive to family life. Visitors tell us they love the semi-rural location with open fields to two sides. Many have been pleasantly surprised by how spacious the properties are for the price, particularly when compared with Chester.

“The success we have seen at Heritage Park echoes the findings of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors who point to growing consumer confidence as the reason for a rise in the number of people buying homes in Wales.

“Figures from RICS also suggest that more people are putting in Wales are putting their property on the market and the good news for those with a house to sell is that we’re offering part exchange at Heritage Park.

“It’s perfect for those who want to climb the property ladder but are yet to sell their current home as we will effectively act as a guaranteed cash buyer. So rather than miss out on their preferred property, homeowners will be able to enjoy a stress free move to a brand new home.”

The remaining homes at Heritage Park offer a choice of large luxurious four and five-bedroom designs.

Prices start from £352,995 for a five-bedroom Ashford style property.

An impressive home, with well-planned accommodation, the Ashford features an open plan kitchen and family room to the rear. This sociable space is at the hub of family life and is complemented by a lounge and separate dining room.

On the first floor, both the master bedroom and bedroom two enjoy en-suites, with the family bathroom serving the remaining three bedrooms.

“The beauty of the homes at Heritage Park is that their layouts are flexible and can be adapted to meet the buyer’s needs,” Marie says.

“For those who don’t need all five bedrooms there’s a myriad of ways the extra space can be used. Those with young children may choose to utilise one bedroom as a playroom; while parents to teenagers may want to give them their own TV lounge or those who want somewhere quiet to work could have a home office.”

To find out more about the homes available, visit Heritage Park, on Mold Road, where the sales office and show homes are open daily from 10am to 5pm.
