Barratt gears up for new homes launch in Skewen

19th September 2013 Print

Five star housebuilder Barratt has reinforced its commitment to providing homes for people in the region with the launch of a new phase at its popular Crymlyn Grove development.

Barratt will unveil the new phase on Saturday September 28 with a BBQ from noon until 4pm.

Sales director Richard Lawson said the homes have proved popular with a wide range of buyers and that the new phase would continue to offer buyers a great choice of homes.

To demonstrate the style and quality, visitors will be able to see two brand new showhomes – the four bedroom Caerwent and Kingsbridge designs.

“Buyers have been attracted to Crymlyn Grove for a number of reasons from the great location through to the choice of homes we offer,’’ he said. “We’re looking to repeat that winning formula with our latest release of homes.’’

Three and four bedroom homes are available at the development which Richard said provides a good mix of homes for buyers locally and for those looking from further afield.

And he said that Barratt’s dedicated schemes are helping first time buyers take their first step on the housing ladder while the five star housbuilder’s part exchange scheme is making it simple for those looking to move up the housing ladder.

Crymlyn Grove offers excellent transport links for commuters – with easy access to the M4 motorway. And local shops, schools, leisure centres, golf courses, country pubs and a train station are all close by.
