Would-be movers are being given the chance to snap up the home of their dreams for less at Taylor Wimpey’s brand new Hayle Park development in Maidstone, Kent.

Under the Government’s Help to Buy shared equity scheme, house-hunters can choose from a range of spacious three-bedroom homes at the stunning development for 80% of their full price, including a deposit as low as 5%.

Hayle Park enjoys a unique location set within a 30 acre nature conservation area which is being created as part of the development – and discerning purchasers are wasting no time choosing their favourite plots.

Jason Stokes, Regional Sales and Marketing Director for Taylor Wimpey, says: “Prospective purchasers may think that their budget won’t stretch to one of our superb properties at Hayle Park, but with Help to Buy, that might not be the case.

“This excellent scheme makes it much more affordable for buyers to secure their dream home and I would urge anyone interested in finding out more to come and talk to our Sales Executive at the development without delay.”

Help to Buy involves a Government loan of up to 20% and is available on new-build properties up to the value of £600,000. There is no salary cap for homebuyers taking advantage of the scheme.

The scheme is currently available with a choice of three-bedroom homes at Hayle Park, priced from just £220,000.

The three-bedroom ‘Gosford’, for example, is priced from £220,000 and boasts a spacious kitchen/dining room opening through French doors to the private rear garden, with a generous lounge and a guest cloakroom completing the ground-floor layout.

Upstairs, the landing leads to an en-suite master bedroom, two further bedrooms and a main bathroom, while outside there’s a car port and allocated parking.

Alternatively, the three-bedroom ‘Archer’ is priced from £231,995 at the development.

Nestled among mature trees and green open space, the new homes at Hayle Park have been carefully designed to reflect the traditional architecture of this delightful part of Kent. On the doorstep lies a picturesque trail along the Loose Valley, a beautiful wetland habitat which leads to the pretty village of Loose.

All the amenities of Maidstone town centre, including shopping centres and a choice of supermarkets, are within easy reach, along with swimming pools, a bowling alley, a multi-screen cinema and theatres. Hayle Park also benefits from close proximity to a choice of good schools for children of all ages.

For commuters, the M20 is a short drive away, and the M25 is only 25 miles further on, while regular rail services to London run from Maidstone East station and Ashford International offers quick links to the Continent.

Property-seekers who would like to find out more about securing a superb three-bedroom home at Hayle Park using Help to Buy can visit the Sales and Marketing Suite, located at Loose Road, Maidstone, ME15 9QB, and open daily from 10am to 5pm.
