Building has commenced at new development in West Malling

Building of an exclusive residential development has commenced at Yates Court, Brickfields in West Malling, Kent.
Award winning Hillreed Homes is the developer and five, three and four bedroom detached houses have been given planning consent by Tonbridge and Malling Council.
Each house is totally different both externally and internally and images of the homes can be found on hillreed.co.uk.
“The housing market this year is really flying”, says Jo Richards, Head of Sales and Marketing. “We have increased our output to satisfy the growing number of home buyers”.
Figures just released by the NHBC show that private sector home registrations have reached a five year high. For example in March to May 2013, 36,487 new homes were registered, a rise of 35% from the 27,125 registered in the same period in 2012.
“All these figures confirm what we are aware of working in the Home Counties” continued Jo, “Demand is increasing rapidly and with our incentives and the Government’s highly popular “Help to Buy” scheme, we have seen a dramatic spike in sales figures throughout the summer which is gratifying for everyone as we pull out of the recession”.
Prices for the new homes at Yates Court will be released in late Autumn.
Anyone keen to purchase one of these properties in a prime location on the outskirts of the vibrant town of West Malling, should contact Hillreed Homes to register their interest.
The properties are being marketed via the developer’s marketing suite at Cathcart Gate, Kings Hill, West Malling which is open seven days a week.
