Bobo Social launches the Experimental Burger Society

Brand new high-end burger and small plates dining concept, Bobo Social will be launching their Experimental Burger Society this September where guests are invited to join their Head Chef for an experimental burger creation evening. Guests will be involved in creating unusual burgers with a range of exotic and tasty meats, such as, Kangaroo, Zebra, Alligator, Venison, Ostrich and of course Bobo’s classic Rare-Breed Beef all whilst sipping on creative cocktails. This is the perfect way to spend a Monday night for groups, a night out with a friend or a date with a twist.

Bobo Social is the first solo project from talented operators Michael Benson and Jacinta Maddison. Michael has over twenty years experience in the restaurant industry with previous credits including Sticky Fingers, Palm Court Brasserie and Supperclub London. Jacinta has worked for 10 years in the media and advertising industry and brings a wealth of interior design knowledge to the concept. The pair have been friends for 4 years and shared a mutual love for eating out. Finally deciding to take the on the restaurant world themselves, Bobo Social was happily born.
