Local housebuilder, David Wilson Homes, has announced the release of eight new apartments at its Serenity development in Doncaster. The new Buttermere apartments boast two bedrooms and are available from just £129,995.

The apartments, which are perfect for first time buyers and are available to buy using the Help to Buy scheme, offer two generous double bedrooms, along with an open plan living space with kitchen, dining room and living area. The master bedroom also boasts an en suite shower room, alongside a main bathroom.

The Serenity development has proven popular with the people of Doncaster, with first time buyers and families, as well as investors, taking advantage of the great homes on offer. All homes at Serenity are available to buy using the Help to Buy scheme, which is available to both first time buyers and existing homeowners. Other homes for sale at the development include the two-bedroom Coniston apartments, and the three-bedroom semi-detached Hadley house type.

Catherine Moane, Sales Adviser at Serenity, commented: “We have some beautiful homes available at Serenity, with the new Buttermere apartments adding to the choice available, especially for those looking to buy their first home. We’re looking forward to welcoming visitors to our development, which is in a great location close to Doncaster town centre, and has fantastic transport links to the surrounding areas including Sheffield and Leeds.”

Serenity offers a fantastic range of two and three bedroom homes, which benefit from a variety of local amenities. The beautiful homes at the development are ideally situated for both work and leisure, whilst the spectacular lakeside location gives the development a serene and tranquil feel.
